Quick check in - took car back almost immediately. Service was busy but lounge area is nice with some free snacks - which was very surprising. Service department doesn’t know what’s going on with a vehicle when it’s in the shop. They rely on the technician to do all the work and the associate in the office has no clue where it is in the repair s vehicle when it’s in the shop.
