As always I was very pleased with my service. I had 114,356 miles on my car and I had received a recall notice. So I called for an appointment for the recall and 115,000 mile service. I think that the process of getting checked in and out is very efficient....you pull your car right into the garage and a service person comes right to you and helps get you checked in very quickly. Just to replace the distribution cap, they quoted me $485. After hearing this ridiculous price I just wanted to take my car and go somewhere else (where I was quoted less than half that amount) but Joseph Toyota held my car hostage until I paid the $150. I don't think they should be able to hold your car like that when they didn't even do any work on it. More
