The day I called I got in for an oil change, my old dealer told me it would be five days before I could get in. Overall good experience. I own a late 80's VW that I was sputtering. I dropped it off after work and by the next morning I received a call with the issue identified. They had to order the part but had it sputtering. I dropped it off after work and by the next morning I received a call with the issue identified. They had to order the part but had it installed by the next day. Overall good customer service, no pushy sales for unecessary parts or work. I will be coming back for service and potentiall my replacement VW :-) More

Ultimately car purchase was not painful. after car test salesman passed me off to someone else and went to sell a car to someone else. Never saw him again. They could learn something about customer service. Probably would not recommend them to anyone I know. More
