A little older dealership in a no frills building but they seem to pass some of that savings on to their customers. I couldn't find another VW dealership in the area that would sell me a Tiguan cheaper they seem to pass some of that savings on to their customers. I couldn't find another VW dealership in the area that would sell me a Tiguan cheaper than Performance. If you want a nice waiting area with some amenities while you wait for service this might not be your place. I don't believe they have a car wash or anything either so your car will look the same way you brought it in. But service is good and not a long wait time for an appointment. More

Good experience. I was greeted and waited on as soon as I walked in the door. Made to feel like I was an inconvenience. Reggie told me to bring my car in so they can see what happened with my tire (it was flat). When I brought it in, the a man with white hair in the se Reggie told me to bring my car in so they can see what happened with my tire (it was flat). When I brought it in, the a man with white hair in the service department said “why would he tell you to bring it in, we’re too busy.” I politely said that I wasn’t sure but that I could leave it and it didn’t need to be rushed. I then got a call from Reggie saying that my tire had a hole and needed to be replaced and that they didn’t have an exact match, but had one similar and I said ok no problem, that works and he told me it would be ready that afternoon. I didn’t hear from him, so I called back and he said “oh I should have called you, we don’t have the tire in store, so it’s being ordered and may be here tonight or tomorrow.” I said okay… and that I’d wait for him to call me. Next morning, never heard, so I called around 11:00 a.m. and he said “oh yeah we’re working on it and it should be done by 1:30/2:00.” I then didn’t hear again, so I called around 2:00 and they said Reggie had left for the day and the guy on the phone said they didn’t know if my car was done… then came back and said it was. I then went to get my car and the receptionist checked me out and asked the white haired guy to show me where my car was and he scoffed and rolled his eyes like it was an inconvenience. When we got outside, it was missing 2 rim caps, which when I dropped my car (pictures available) it had all of them. I went back to the guy and he said “well they would have put them on if they had been with the tire…” I said I have pictures and can prove they were. He said he didn’t know if they had any available…. I said we’re on a dealership lot, there’s plenty of cars around. He then went inside and came out with some. Overall terrible experience and won’t ever come back. More
