They were really busy because it was a Monday and several techs were on vacation when I stopped in with an unexpected tire pressure issue. I really needed to get it diagnosed that day and they warned me that the wait might be a couple of hours. I agreed and their valet offered to run me back home so I could get some work done. I gave him a call when the car was ready to be picked up. Everyone was super-friendly and professional. I was back home with my tire issue fixed by early afternoon. Couldn’t have gone more smoothly even though I arrived unexpectedly on a very busy day. Nice to know I can count on them in a pinch! More
