I took my VW 2014 Jetta to get a new key and some work done because my mother who has bought he last to VW from Joseph and always raved about how great they are. As I was checking in my car to the service done because my mother who has bought he last to VW from Joseph and always raved about how great they are. As I was checking in my car to the service center I walked to the show room where I was immediately greeted, when I asked if they had any used vw’s they had Cam take me to a 24 certified Taos that just came in. It was instant love. Even though I really didn’t think I had a chance at financing this vehicle being that I’m in my early 40s widowed raising my teen twin girls alone. I do work really hard but I don’t have the best payment history that I would like so I didn’t think I could get this car without using a cosigner. But everyone in that dealership was amazing and they made me feel like my credit was immaculate and I had no issues everything was seamless. I am so glad that I went there and that I have a new vehicle and I will never ever go to another dealership ever again I am a lifetime Joseph Volkswagen customer. More

I made an appointment and dropped my vehicle off early to ensure they could get started on it immediately. I didn’t hear anything all day so I called 5 hours later and learned they hadn’t looked at it yet. T ensure they could get started on it immediately. I didn’t hear anything all day so I called 5 hours later and learned they hadn’t looked at it yet. They told me they were busy with 17 other vehicles. I asked what the purpose of appointments were if they don’t honor them. They said they would get it right in and start diagnostics. I decided to drive back to the dealership just before closing because I had not heard back from them and I needed my car for vacation the next day. When I arrived the service guy told me his coworker called and left me a message and they were waiting to hear back from me. I told him his coworker was a liar. There were no calls and no messages. Long story short, go somewhere else if you can. They do not value your time, they lied and charge for things that some dealers do for free. This wasn’t my first bad experience with their service department but it will be my last. I was considering purchasing another VW from them but not a chance now. More
