I have had 3 Volkswagens, so I am a fan of the make of vehicle. This dealership has been a perfectly acceptable option for local service, though of course their prices are higher than independent or chai vehicle. However, they have good expertise in their service department which is sometimes worth paying for. I recently traded in an old WV for a used one. They handed me to a very junior associate who was not very professional or knowledgeable. The process for signing on the car took over 2 hours. It was painfully slow and inefficient. I'll keep coming back for service, but won't buy another car here. More

I took my VW 2014 Jetta to get a new key and some work done because my mother who has bought he last to VW from Joseph and always raved about how great they are. As I was checking in my car to the service center I walked to the show room where I was immediately greeted, when I asked if they had any used vw’s they had Cam take me to a 24 certified Taos that just came in. It was instant love. Even though I really didn’t think I had a chance at financing this vehicle being that I’m in my early 40s widowed raising my teen twin girls alone. I do work really hard but I don’t have the best payment history that I would like so I didn’t think I could get this car without using a cosigner. But everyone in that dealership was amazing and they made me feel like my credit was immaculate and I had no issues everything was seamless. I am so glad that I went there and that I have a new vehicle and I will never ever go to another dealership ever again I am a lifetime Joseph Volkswagen customer. More
