They were nice, but they didn't fix my problem. I took my car in for servicing at Joyce (the AC wasn't working well). A new compressor later, the AC still didn't work. I left $1200 poorer, with nothing to show for it (The AC wasn't better). The reason I pay more to fix my car at a dealership was because I assumed they would be best at diagnosing/fixing my car. Apparently that wasn't the case here. That said.. both the mechanic and the service person I worked with we're nice. (Only reason I'm not giving 1 star) More

They can’t figure out what’s wrong Was told to pick it up lady Friday, paid the deductible, started it in your parking lot and the same thing happened.
