I am very disappointed. They cracked my windshield, attempted to give me the car back like that, and didn’t think that I would notice. Luckily, I did not drive my car off th They cracked my windshield, attempted to give me the car back like that, and didn’t think that I would notice. Luckily, I did not drive my car off the lot before noticing that my windshield was cracked from the “mechanic” replacing my wiper blades. It appears that one of the wiper blades was never replaced although I paid $30 for all blades on my Honda CRV to be replaced. I will never return to Joyce Honda. Time and time again I’m unconvinced by this dealership . I will go to Madison Honda instead. More
