He didn't try and pressure me into getting anything I didn't need and gave me some great advice on financing. Great! I started out driving a 2002 civic when I turned 17 from joyce. It took very good care of me for 7 years and is still going. Online Purchase of 2016 Honda Accord EX-L - Easy Dealing I purchased the car using my SAM's club membership. I got a great price and I did most of the work over the internet. My internet contacts were: TJ Jo I purchased the car using my SAM's club membership. I got a great price and I did most of the work over the internet. My internet contacts were: TJ Johnson and Lauren Swingle. Great Internet Team. They were able to locate my desired color with 7 days. Steve Owusu was able to finish my new car purchase without any additional hassles. Overall, I had a great experience and I ended up using Honda Financing as well instead of my Credit Union. I was able to work a better deal using Honda Financing. I did not purchase any "extras", other than GAP insurance from the dealer... BTW: I did not meet anyone in person, until I went in to pickup my car. This was my desired way to purchase my car. I got the car I wanted, at a better price than expected and with no hassles. This was my first car purchase from Joyce Honda. More

Followup repairs to our used car purchase The sale of a used Honda Civic on 12/31/15 went fine. We immediately noticed after we brought the car home that two mirrors were completely broken a The sale of a used Honda Civic on 12/31/15 went fine. We immediately noticed after we brought the car home that two mirrors were completely broken and a front grill entirely missing. I called the salesperson who told me when I was to come in for my plates that they would try to get the car in for service to fix. When I picked up the plates I realized that not only had the salesperson quit but from speaking to the Service Dept the parts had to be authorized by the Used Car Manager Tim Hall. I actually met that morning with Tim Hall. He came out to see the car and asked me to send him an e-mail with the VIN # and the three things to be fixed. I did that and about a week later I sent a follow-up e-mail, We finally connected and the car will be fixed. Thank you Tim! More
