He was knowledgeable, professional, and worked hard for me. He and Dennis Kish even secured a good interest rate for me ahead of time, which is part of why I picked their dealership even though three others were closer to my house. More

RUDE, PUSHY and UNPLEASANT I recently went to Joyce Honda in Denville, NJ to begin looking at pre-owned honda civics. As i got onto the lot a saleman can out. At first everything was alright but as I was getting ready go he insisted i gave him my information. Now I totally get they their job is to sell cars but I was just beginning to look and didn't want the typical 100 emails and calls you get once they have your information. I told the salesman i wasn't interested in receiving information yet and didn't want to give my information out. He then went and got his Manager who was even more pushy and honestly rude. The manager more or less was telling me I was stupid for not giving my information because he wouldn't be able to contact me when new cars came on the lot. I told him that was the point and i didn't want them contacting me. He continues to push for my information to a point I felt VERY uncomfortable and uneasy. My boyfriend had to literally tell the manager to back off and we just got into the truck and left. I WOULD NOT recommend this dealership to any of my friends. Also after my experience I told my friend who had recently been looking at leasing a new car and she had the same experience. Needless to say she is now driving a Ford. LOL However, if u are looking for a Honda I ended up going to Madison Honda and had an AMAZING experience. I now own a 2013 certified pre-owned Honda Civic! the Salesman I worked with was Great his name is Kamal! More

Great and East Experience I don't like shopping, and especially don't like having to shop for a car. I mentioned this to Charmaine and told her I didn't want to be there all d I don't like shopping, and especially don't like having to shop for a car. Charmaine and the rest of the staff, Hector and others made the process of shopping for a car very easy and actually enjoyable!! There was no pressure and they respected my time constraints. Preview shopping online at the easy to navigate Joyce Honda website and talking with Charmaine on the phone before I got to the dealership helped me to narrow my decision. When I arrived for my appointment, Charmaine was all ready with cars for me to look over and test drive. She was available for any questions I had and was helpful even after the purchase to set up the Bluetooth as well as demonstrate how some of the systems worked. Thank you, Charmaine! More

Purchase of a 2016 Honda Accord I presented to Joyce Honda on February 3rd to trade in my 2014 Honda Accord for a 2016 Honda Accord. I was greeted very courteously by Giancarlo and I presented to Joyce Honda on February 3rd to trade in my 2014 Honda Accord for a 2016 Honda Accord. I was greeted very courteously by Giancarlo and then taken to Larry Swanson's office to discuss the deal. As usual, Larry was very professional and courteous and made an excellent win win deal for both parties. After Larry's presentation of the deal, I purchased the new 2016 Honda Accord without hesitation. It is truly a pleasure to work with Larry each time I visit Joyce Honda. After my business transaction with Larry, I was sent to Giancarlo's office to complete the paperwork. Giancarlo was very helpful and we completed the paperwork without any issues. He assured me that the car would be ready at noon on February 5th. When I arrived at Joyce Honda on February 5th, the car was indeed ready at noon as promised. I must say the entire experience of purchasing a new car at Joyce Honda is nothing less than exemplary. Thank you all for make this a fun experience. I will definitely return to Joyce Honda for another vehicle in the future and I will continue to use the service department for my new cars. More

When I decided to trade it in on a larger vehicle, I wanted to see Bill first. And I was NOT disappointed. Not only did he remember me from 3 years ago, he knew exactly what I wanted. In a matter of 30 minutes, we test drove the car he suggested for me and we were writing up the deal. Then Hector took over to do the paperwork.
