I had called Joyce Honda Used Sales about a 2011 Honda Civic and they said come down. It originally had a SOLD sign it it but on further investigation the deal had fallen through. Good for us! Don took us for a test drive, answered our questions, and as we had no financing issues, came back to put down a deposit. The internet price that was quoted was the price honored, i.e. no hidden charges (as some other dealers try to hide in fine print). The transaction was flawless and fast. More

Thanks to salesman Bernardo Amster's listening to what we had in mind, i.e., easier for Senior's to be seated, and other conveniences. The paperwork went smoothly. Because of my husband's good experience with his 2007 Honda Fit and the excellent service he received over the years, we decided to upgrade to another Honda.
