I walked in on a Wednesday afternoon- just to find out my options- and ended up being so satisfied with the new line of CRVs that I quickly signed my new lease and made a plan to pick it up just two days later. I have been to other dealers in the past, but three years ago I had such a unique and successful experience at Joyce Honda- that I knew this would be my first stop in looking for my next lease- and it turns out it was the only stop necessary. Jack (Sales) and Rudy (Manager) are well versed in their field, lead with honesty and respect- and they really have their customers best interests in mind. Miracle Workers! My son saved his money for two years and purchased a car from Thrift Auto in Mtn Lks. We decided it was the wrong car for him and went back to get a d My son saved his money for two years and purchased a car from Thrift Auto in Mtn Lks. We decided it was the wrong car for him and went back to get a different one. Thrift was closed down by the state. We then went to Joyce Honda and traded it in for a better car for him. When we got home with the new (used) car we received a call from Joyce Honda asking us to come back. They showed us that the car we bought from Thrift was basically only worth parts. They took us to their bodywork shop and we were told it was undrivable. The car's frame was cut and unrepairable among many other problems. This team of Joyce Honda employees understanding the loss he was going to incur and worked for hours to find a vehicle for him. He is now in a safe 2013 Honda Accord! This team went above and beyond anything we expected, they are true professionals! Their compassion, integrity and true caring did not go unnoticed! ThankYou!! More

2nd to none! I can't say enough about how positive my experience was. I was treated as if I was buying a luxury car. The General Manager, Larry Swanson, assisted I can't say enough about how positive my experience was. I was treated as if I was buying a luxury car. The General Manager, Larry Swanson, assisted in my purchase and I saw him on the showroom floor assisting other potential buyers as well. He answered all of my questions and concerns never once rushing me or acting like he didn't have the time, and I'm sure, as the General Manager, he had plenty of other things to do. He was particularly helpful with the buy vs lease decision running several different scenarios for me showing me where and how I could save money. It is said that the person at the top sets the tone for the organization, and at Joyce Honda, truer words were never spoken. Both the Finance Manager, Dave Bradley, and Sales Manager, Joe San Roman, were equally courteous upholding the highest standards of professional conduct. Dave answered all of my questions without rushing me and worked quickly and efficiently on my leasing plan. My last car, also a Honda CRV, was 10 years old and I was severely technology challenged with all of the changes and the fact that the CRV has the latest technology! Joe spent no less than an hour going over the changes with me making sure I was comfortable before leaving the dealership. He even programmed my radio for me! And I got a great trade-in on my last CRV! And, to top it all off, the 2015 CRV Touring is an absolute DREAM to drive!! It REALLY holds the curve in a turn! I'm even getting better gas mileage than Honda and Consumer Reports said I would, 27.2 miles per gallon on back roads without the economy button on. If you are considering a Honda, in every aspect of the purchase, I highly recommend Joyce Honda hands down! More

Bernardo and Hector were very helpful through the process of buying the car, giving me advice and tips about buying cars in general, and were very forthcoming in any questions I asked. They were even able to get me a good deal on my purchase. I bought the car with some slight vibration is the brakes, which they attributed to rust on the rotors building up while it was on the car lot. Unfortunately, it didn't go away after a month of driving. I brought the car into their service center and fortunately, they replaced the brake rotor at no charge to me through their warranty. These people are very helpful and very professional, highly recommend. More

I did find myself waiting around sometimes but that is no different from other dealerships in the general vicinity. Of all the locations I contacted/visited, this one offered me the best deal by far. In terms of salesmen, I would highly recommend working with Sharif. He took the time to make sure I felt comfortable with my decision, from the test drive to driving off the lot. There were a few instances of confusion with the necessary paperwork and financial numbers, but Sharif was very cooperative and understanding in those moments. Make sure you have your figures straight and Sharif will help you during the entire process. More

Joyce Honda Dealership and their staff are outstanding. I was shocked how well they deal with and treat a costumer. Auto purchasing sales industry over the years has had a really bad reputation, but when you walk into Joyce Honda Dealership, from start to very end of your purchase, it is a ultimate pleasure. I honestly didn't even have to negotiate. The price that was offered to me was exactly what I expected and wanted to pay for the vehicle. The paperwork and check out was extremely easy, without any surprises, but most of all with a exceptional customer service the entire time. Every single question was answered in detail and every concern was met with the out most politeness. I could not ask for a better car buying experience than this and I have purchased my share of cars in my lifetime. Way to go Joyce and keep it up. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Will definitely be back to lease another vehicle from them as well in the near future.
