On 8/28/12 I visited the Joyce Honda dealership for the first time. I received a very warm welcome from Bill Lally. The staff was great except for the credit manager. The price for the extended warrenty seemed excessive. Other than that, the sales staff was outstanding. I have shopped at Joyce Honda many years ago and had very good service. Therefore i was not surprised to get the top of the line treatment again. Unlike many people, I do not look forward to buying a “new” car as a pleasant experience, rather as a necessary evil. That being said, I have to say that my experience at Joyce Honda was a positive one. “new” car as a pleasant experience, rather as a necessary evil. That being said, I have to say that my experience at Joyce Honda was a positive one. From the very beginning, my salesman, Matt Campbell, was relaxed and did not try to pressure me to “buy it today!” The day after the test drive, he not only agreed to have my local mechanic check out the vehicle I was interested in, but actually drove the car to the shop himself, so I didn’t have to take time off from work. A small thing, perhaps, but a good illustration of the culture at Joyce Honda of going the extra mile. So, I did end up buying a 2010 Accord EX-L at a fair price. After agreeing on the price, I once again did not look forward to the dreaded time normally spent with the finance manager, when all the extras you don’t want are shoved down your throat. With Isabelle, however, that was not the case. An extended warranty was offered, I declined, and that was it. No 15 minute “what-if” diatribes to convince you of why you really have to get the warranty, VIN etching, Lo-Jack, etc. We just went on to signing the next form. So, in summary, my experience at Joyce Honda was totally positive. I would not hesitate to buy another car at this dealership or to recommend it to friends or family in the market for a vehicle. More
I was interested in purchasing a new car - either a Camry, Passat or Accord. I walked into this dealership, test drove the Accord, loved it, talked trade-in and price and bought the car that day. Joyce Honda and Moe were VERY professional, gave me a great price and had a car in stock that met my needs. The dealership is close to home which isw another convenient perk.
