It always takes too long for service. I was there for 90 minutes to get an oil change. I trust the service but the time it takes to do anything, even before the pandemic, is tiresome. More

We apologize for the amount of time it required for your oil change. We are constantly working on improving the turnaround and believe it or not, we are making good progress. We have switched to a system that requires an appointment. We worked on a No Appointment Necessary system for 13 years and in as much as customers enjoyed the convenience, it made it difficult to handle the peaks and valleys. Therefore, we are now servicing vehicles on an appointment basis, but many of our customers are still arriving with no appointment. Although we prioritize the customer with an appointment, sometimes our efforts to satisfy everyone fail and it takes longer for an oil change. Of course any additional work beyond the oil change will also extend the amount of time. Our lines of communication are always open so if that happens again, simply ask for a manager and bring it to out attention and we will quickly respond. Thanks for being our customer.
