I was there for a repair covered under warranty. These times of the Covid pandemic make everything difficult. As cars arrive for service, their drivers have to wait in line, at the wheel (45 minutes in m times of the Covid pandemic make everything difficult. I think there could have been a system for parking the car on the lot and allowing customers to enter the office to "take a number". Other than that, the Service experience at Joyce Honda was very good. More

I had an awful experience having my oil changed. I asked Dwight and the other guy about synthetic oil and they said that the type of car I have uses synthetic oil and I asked for a clear explanation and rea Dwight and the other guy about synthetic oil and they said that the type of car I have uses synthetic oil and I asked for a clear explanation and reason and only gave me excuses. Dwight and the other guy who I cannot recall his name gave me an attitude about the oil change for my car and they told me the price was $39.95. I looked at my receipt and I found out I never got synthetic oil. I asked for synthetic oil because it is more durable and they gave me the same one. The actual cost for synthetic oil I remember is and heard was about $50.00. They lied to me there and I thought the service I received was unprofessional. More
