I live in nyc and I had to send my car all the way there to New Jersey and they treated me better than my local Honda dealership . T every question . Brought CRV in for Check Engine and VTC lights . First time was told dirty and low oil so the oil was changed. Within days, lights came on again. This time was told needed new VTC solenoid and t . Again within days, the lights came on again, this time was told bad VTC solenoid part which was replaced. Since then no issues with lights. Problem seems to be corrected. More
Major struggle to get issues with door locks fixed The electronics controlling opening and closing the side doors and trunk for my odyssey minivan stopped working. While I could understand the issue was challenging to fix, I didn't appreciate having to go to the service center 3 times before it actually worked. They had my car for 2 weeks, and claimed it to be fixed twice. The first two times I went to get the car, the first thing I did was attempt to open the doors, which didn't happen. Both times I pulled in the service staff to witness the problem. They didn't need to waste my time to show them that they still had not fixed the problem. While they had the car, it was frequently difficult to get an update from them. On multiple occasions, we called the service department, remained on hold for a few minutes, then they just hung up. When we did get through to someone and left a message, we rarely got a call back. Instead we had to chase them with follow up calls. When we spoke with people in the service department, everyone was very courteous. But this experience overall has me doubting buying a Honda ever again. More

My 4 year old and I unexpectedly needed to visit the service department. Ernest was fantastic. He did a great job of explaining the issues with my car, was very honest but empathetic to our situation, g service department. Ernest was fantastic. He did a great job of explaining the issues with my car, was very honest but empathetic to our situation, gave a variety of options on how to move forward and never pressured us to do anything. I ultimately decided to get a new car and Ernest gave a great recommendation for a sale rep to see in both new or used. Thank you Ernest!! More
Reliable and courteous I didn't even buy my Honda here (although I probably will next time), and it's a bit out of the way for me, but I'll keep coming back for service. It might be quicker and easier getting my oil changed at some local service station, but I appreciate how much time and care they dedicate to each service appointment. I'm in the best hands here. Worth every penny. More
