I have taken my vehicle here since I purchased the car but lately service has fallen short. I have taken my vehicle to them 5 different times regarding A/C. The last time before today they told me it was but lately service has fallen short. I have taken my vehicle to them 5 different times regarding A/C. The last time before today they told me it was the compressor and had a new one put in. It worked for a bit and now doesn’t work like it should. I made an appointment to bring the car in and was greeted by the most nasty, racist and arrogant person (Tyler). Long story short I left without having my car checked and will not be returning. I will not be treated with such disgusting disrespect. More

My 13 year old loves how he can see on the map in the rear entertainment center where we are going, how much longer to go, choose his type of transportation vehicle and especially loves the on screen celebration that happens when you arrive at your destination. Nice interactive feature for kids! I could teach map skills this way 😂😊 We would also like to thank Matt Stark in the finance dept. for making the signing process so easy and quick. Not only were you informative and patient with all the finance aspects of leasing a new Pilot, but you were also very knowledgeable about the Pilot Touring vehicle. You made sure we as customers were full informed of all aspects of leasing a car from the first day to the last day of the lease . Matt also explained all the wonderful safety features the Pilot has to offer and explained them to us calmly and clearly answering all our questions. The use of visual aids to explain things was nicely presented and made the whole financial aspect of leasing a car less stressful. More

Maintenance Really had a bad experience last time leaving my car for the whole day and was not even touched the next day. came to the lobby at 9am and still waite Really had a bad experience last time leaving my car for the whole day and was not even touched the next day. came to the lobby at 9am and still waited till 12 pm. only to find out my car was not even checked by any body and the lady that took my car the previous day told me it will not be finished again because its gonna be closing soon. I said, I left my car for the whole day, no touched, now telling me the same reason that its not gonna be done again because its closing time. I just agreed to just do maintenance or change oil and will do my other concerns next time because I took an Uber going to Joyce Honda and I don't have any car. I am just disappointed and I am sorry, I never complain of the service , it has never been bad like this and my time was wasted soo much. More
