I took our car in last Friday for an appointment to have our air conditioning on our Honda CRV looked at and repaired. Service man Lloyd did not follow-up with me after the designated 1 and 1/2 hours and I our air conditioning on our Honda CRV looked at and repaired. Finally John took over and I had the results of the service and what was done to my car. More

As usual the service at Joyce Honda was friendly, prompt and efficient. I brought in my sons' car then a few days later my own for service and had the same perfect experience. For my son's car everything wa and efficient. I brought in my sons' car then a few days later my own for service and had the same perfect experience. For my son's car everything was explained regarding the service. A problem which required Joyce to bring in parts needed for the repair was going to take some time so I was offered a ride home instead of a long wait at the dealership. Glad I didn't have to sit there for hours. On my own car, same explanation of the work to be done. The team completed the work cleanly and quickly. Everyone at the dealership is always polite, honest and friendly. I'm a very happy customer. More
