Seasonal Tire Change I called for an appointment on Thursday and was able to get one on Monday afternoon, which was reasonable. Sign in was handled by a Eggy, who explained everything that would be happening. The waiting area was set for social distancing. The changeover took 1-1/2 hours, not much longer than in previous years. I would have preferred a credit card system that did not require me to sign actual paper but this is the system Joyce Honda has had for a long time. More

Expensive repair We did not purchase our used Civic from Joyce Honda, but they are near us. We had an unfortunate out of warranty repair that needed to be done. Joyce Honda worked with us and gave us a great price estimate. Then Covid 19 shut the world down. When they were able to open and resume service, they not only repaired it in two days but honored the original estimate. I am beyond satisfied with my experience. More
