Joyce Honda is a rip off. I arrived at 7:45am for an 8am appointment. There. We’re already 6 cars in front of me and by the time I got in another 10-15 cars behind me. To me that’s not by appointment only. It was super crowded and to me that’s frustrating when I was told I had a 8am appointment and wasn’t taken in till 8:40am. I understand you have to wait but when I’m told they are abiding by appointments per regulation and they are clearly taking anyone that calls for an appointment that’s upsetting. I wouldn’t get an oil change there again until it’s more accurate of an actual appointment time. Other customers were upset by this too who were also waiting. More
