Joyce Honda wanted to charge me approximately $600 for an xxx service. When rejecting the service, I was treated very poorly by the customer service representative, as well as the cashier. Starting to think that the dealership isn’t concerned about quality service, as they are more interested in making money off its customers. So sad that I have clarity now on needing “a guy.” More
