Relaxing in the waiting room, watching my car move up the line, the time flew by. Ray then walked me thru the paperwork and to the cashier. Nice system everything went smoothly. First in last out I showed up at 7:25am on Thursday and was the 10th car in line. Your guys do not service the cars based on who was first. I watched as cars that cam I showed up at 7:25am on Thursday and was the 10th car in line. Your guys do not service the cars based on who was first. I watched as cars that came behind me were serviced before me. That's bad practice. Someone needs to keep track of which cars pulled in first to the garage and ensure they get pulled into service before cars behind them. When you are short on time and take your car in the early morning, you should be assured you are serviced in order. I don't expect anything more or less than what I pay for. More

Needed a New Battery I had routine service on my car a couple of weeks ago. My car's battery was checked and it failed its inspection but I was never told about it. A week I had routine service on my car a couple of weeks ago. My car's battery was checked and it failed its inspection but I was never told about it. A week later the car would not start. I was able to get it jumped and took it back to the dealer after work for a new battery. The service took about two hours and I had to cancel an activity I had planned for that evening. If I had been told about the problem the week before I would have had the battery replaced then saving me the time and hassle. More
