Great Service My "Low Tire Pressure" indicator illuminated as I was driving near Joyce Honda, so I stopped into the service department without an appointment. Great job... the second time I brought my Odyssey in for a major tune up on Thursday morning. There was a recall on the fuel pump, so it was replaced. All fixed and ready to go I brought my Odyssey in for a major tune up on Thursday morning. There was a recall on the fuel pump, so it was replaced. All fixed and ready to go by early afternoon. THE NEXT DAY... My Odyssey stalled out on a curving highway entrance ramp. Other cars had to dodge my stalled one. Until the tow truck arrived, it was a dangerous situation for me and my children, as other cars accelerating around the curve had only seconds to swerve out of the way of my Odyssey. Turns out the pump had been installed incorrectly. Once they learned of their error, they owned right up to it, were very apologetic, and did all they could to make it right. No charge for the tow, of course, and I got a loaner car for the weekend. Five days later, it's running fine (so far). I only wish I it had been done correctly the first time. More
