I purchased a 2026 Honda Civic Sport Touring from this dealership, and the out-the-door price presented to me was $31,365.26. After putting $6,000 down, the financed amount should have been around $25,365 dealership, and the out-the-door price presented to me was $31,365.26. After carefully reviewing the contract, I discovered that a $3,854 service contract was added, even though I was told it was “free.” The finance manager, Robert Coley Jr., also added GAP coverage after asking me about it. On top of that, there were additional charges including a $1,199 documentation fee, $21 electronic fee, $20 miscellaneous dealer fee, $103.84 registration fee, and $15 title fee. I was repeatedly told everything was included, which was clearly not true. This experience felt misleading and disappointing. Customers deserve honesty and full transparency when making such a major purchase. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership, and I do not plan to return. More

I brought my 2‑year‑old Honda Accord with only 23k miles to Joyce Koons Honda for routine service and was immediately met with a long list of “recommended” BG services totaling over $700. This included a BG to Joyce Koons Honda for routine service and was immediately met with a long list of “recommended” BG services totaling over $700. This included a BG fuel induction service, BG A/C evaporator cleaning, BG air flow/MAF cleaning, and a $104 cabin air filter. None of these items are part of Honda’s maintenance schedule at this mileage, and several are services a car this new and with this mileage does not need. After I declined the work, the dealership didn’t let it go. I received three separate follow‑up calls trying to get me to return for the same unnecessary services, even offering a 10% discount. The repeated outreach made it clear these recommendations were driven by sales goals rather than genuine vehicle care. This experience left me with the impression that upselling takes priority over honest, manufacturer‑based maintenance guidance. More
