Overall good experience Prior to coming to the dealership to purchase my vehicle, I had set up an appointment first thing in the morning and already had worked out the price Prior to coming to the dealership to purchase my vehicle, I had set up an appointment first thing in the morning and already had worked out the price (though even though I asked multiple times for the out the door cost they would not provide it and added $1700 in charges for assessories I didn’t know were already put on the car). When I arrived on time, they were not prepared for me. I waited for 20 minutes. Then they gave me a car to test drive and said they would be ready for me when I returned. Best buying experience period! I came into Joyce Koons Honda expecting the typical dealership experience which is usually rated at the bottom of the scale in most respects. However I came into Joyce Koons Honda expecting the typical dealership experience which is usually rated at the bottom of the scale in most respects. However after meeting Sunny Hague my whole attitude changed, he was by far the best salesperson as far as his easy to get along with personality and his exceptional knowledge of the vehicle he is selling. I purchased a new CR-V, when I took the test drive with Sunny he showed me with great detail how each and every function worked of the options the vehicle had before we moved out of the parking lot! During the test drive he showed me all of the safety features and how they worked, again taking the time with me to make sure I was understanding everything about the vehicle. After some searching Sunny found the CR-V I wanted and we came to terms with very little haggling about the price, two days later I came in to finalize my purchase. Ahmed was my finance agent, he was a pleasure to work with and no pressures of any kind to 'over-sell' me anything and he got me a better interest rate than I expected! So after all paperwork was complete Sunny took me out to my new CR-V and again took another 45 minutes with me to go over all of the functions of the vehicle...very giving of his time! I've bought my fair share of vehicles over my years and I can honestly say I've never had a better experience buying a vehicle than I had with Joyce Koons Honda, Ahmed and especially working with Sunny Hague. Anybody that asks me about buying a new Honda there is no doubt I will send them to see Sunny! More
