Exceptional Service Mo Wow Wow Wow! Really amazed how Mo convinced the insurance adjuster. A little background... I had a fender bender in fall of 2017. At that time insura Wow Wow Wow! Really amazed how Mo convinced the insurance adjuster. A little background... I had a fender bender in fall of 2017. At that time insurance had us go to Tyson's. They just replaced the front head-light. Now in January 2018, the car started heating up and the radiator fan kept running even if car is turned off and keys removed. After carefully examining, Mo and the head technician at Koons Honda Manassas asked me if I had an accident, because the condenser and radiator were out of place. I told them about fall 2017 fender bender. At this point, it was discovered that the damage was done at that time. I called my insurance as the work performed earlier had a warranty. They sent adjuster again. Mo and the head technician explained everything to the adjuster and finally he agreed to replace the radiator which had a pin hole due to condenser pushing it when the fender bender occurred in fall. Thank You for saving me $768. Impressed... Thank you again More
