Fortunately, I've only needed routine service over that time (e.g. oil changes) but after ten years some wear and tear has accumulated and I'm having to repair some worn out components; in this case, a power steering pump. Koons' service department immediately and accurately diagnosed the problem and completed the repair promptly. It was not a cheap repair but they gave me a 15% military discount so I was pleased. More
Solid value and reliable service Went in for an oil change. Service techs found some additional problems so I was thinking I was in for a huge bill. Turned out everything was covered Went in for an oil change. Service techs found some additional problems so I was thinking I was in for a huge bill. Turned out everything was covered under warranty (80,000 mile warranty and my odometer was at 78,000) so I got $1500 of work on the house. So happy I brought my vehicle in to the dealer rather a quick oil change elsewhere otherwise these things may have gone unnoticed until I was outside the mileage warranty. Appreciate the attention to detail and free car wash. Thanks. More

I've never had anything less than top-notch service I've been coming to Joyce Koons Honda to service my 2012 Honda Crosstour for three years now, and I have never experienced anything less than top-notc I've been coming to Joyce Koons Honda to service my 2012 Honda Crosstour for three years now, and I have never experienced anything less than top-notch service there. The service advisers are friendly and kind, and take the time to clearly explain your vehicle's needs and the costs associated with them. Furthermore, I have never felt pressured to make any unnecessary repairs or additions to my car. I can not recommend Joyce Koons Honda strongly enough for your Honda service needs. More

The representative we dealt with could not have been more professionsl or helpful. He put us at ease in the lounge while awaiting a diagnosis. After a short wait, he handed us the keys with a warm smile while explaining that the battery had been replaced at no charge. Way to go, Joyce Koons!!!! More
Poor work diagnosing problem I brought my 2004 Acura MDX into Joyce Koons Honda since I was experiencing an immediate issue with my transmission. Since Acura is just a high end H I brought my 2004 Acura MDX into Joyce Koons Honda since I was experiencing an immediate issue with my transmission. Since Acura is just a high end Honda, and I didn't want to risk driving further, I pulled in to the dealership to seek help. The service rep was friendly, and I left my MDX there for diagnosis. That was Sunday morning. I suspected a transmission problem, but they called later that day to tell me it was actually just a computer relay between the gas pedal and the transmission. This repair was complete after a couple of days, so I went to pick up the car. After paying $400 for the repair, I tried to drive home, but the car wouldn't shift out of park. I shut the car off and tried to restart it to see if that would resolve the issue. It wouldn't even start now. The service reps came over and started making lots of suggestions on what to do to start the car. None sounded satisfactory (e.g. just push the key into the slot by the shift to unlock the shift lever -- didn't sound like a long term solution). They took the MDX back into the shop. Later in the week they called me to say they adjusted the relay and I could now drive the car. They did say it was fixed, but the car would likely need a new transmission one of these days; and they added that they would be happy to do this when the time came. I made it about 10 minutes down the road when it started experiencing the same problem again. I managed to limp into my usual Acura dealer to have them look at the car. My dealer seemed perplexed by their rationale and fix, and when they looked at the car they said that the transmission needed to be replaced or rebuilt, otherwise, I could not drive the car, and that was the only fix. So I was disappointed by my Koons Honda service experience. I understood that it was only a matter of time before I needed to replace/repair the transmission, but I certainly expected the repair I paid for to last more than 10 minutes. I have no confidence in anything that I had done, or was told. I would not go back. More
