Great price, even better service I wanted to buy a new Honda Accord 2014LX from this particular dealership for a number of reasons; one, I previously had my car serviced at this deale I wanted to buy a new Honda Accord 2014LX from this particular dealership for a number of reasons; one, I previously had my car serviced at this dealership and have first-hand knowledge of other dealerships in this area, two, I wanted to continue to service my car at the same place I purchased, and three, my research and information from the general public and staff at other dealerships confirmed this is one of the top dealerships in this area--these guys make customer service a top priority and not just a slogan. My sales experience a couple days ago simply validated what I already knew. He said the tires were fine, but the left rear wheel bearing needed to be replaced. They had the parts and got it done in an hour. I was happy with the work, price, and speed with which it was done. I have two dealers closer to my home than Joyce Koons, but I gladly go to Joyce Koons because of their good service. More

We recently were in the market for used accords and before making any decisions, we test drove two accords from two different dealerships right off the lot to Tony and his service team for inspection and review. My mom has been fortunate enough to rely on him for 25 years and I can guarantee that if he ever switched dealerships, we'd be right there with him. This review would be incomplete without additional praise of Matt, Tony's service guy. Matt inspected both used accords that were my top prospects and even took me back to the repair shop to show me what tell tale indicators I should be looking for when evaluating the shape of used vehicles in general. GREAT auto repair knowledge beyond what you can find on google and GREAT customer service all around from both Tony and Matt. More
