Very friendly environment and all were extemely helpful with my overall decision to purchase my first new vehicle. They are also able to work out a deal to pay off the Volkswagen Jetta that I brought to t with my overall decision to purchase my first new vehicle. They are also able to work out a deal to pay off the Volkswagen Jetta that I brought to trade in. I found out while I was at the dealership that my Jetta had structural damage to the entire frame and was unsafe to drive!!! I am so happy to be in a safe and affordable vehicle. Thank you! More

Thursday 8/23/12 -- I had originally contacted John about a new CRV. I mentioned to him that I had purchased a vehicle from Koons in the past but the last Honda I purchased was from another dealership becau a new CRV. I mentioned to him that I had purchased a vehicle from Koons in the past but the last Honda I purchased was from another dealership because Koons would not match the price. John assured me that my experience would be much better this time. I told him that I had a firm price in writing from another dealership and he matched the price and sent me an email to confirm the pricing. Everything great up to this point. Friday 8/24/12 -- Got an acceptable offer for my trade in but the dealership had only 1 CRV in stock in the level and trim that I was looking for. Tried to get us to buy this one model and I told him that he needs to bring in another vehicle from another dealership. I was told that it would take a couple of days. John was told that I would be coming into the dealership on Saturday to finalize the sale and let me know what vehicle they would be bringing in for me. Saturday 8/25/12 -- called John to let him know that I was going to be coming into the dealership and have the paperwork ready because I did not want to take up my afternoon by sitting in the dealership. John said he had to check on the vehicle and would call me back. John called back within 10 minutes and then proceeded to tell me that the price that I had in writing from him would not be honored on a vehicle that they had to bring in. It was only valid on the one CRV that he tried to push on me the night before. I told him thanks for his time. I ended up going to the first dealership that I had gotten a quote from and bought my CRV and was out the door in less than 2 hours. Sunday 8/26/12 -- Got a call from, I believe the Sales Manager, and was asked what time I was going to be coming into the dealership. I asked, why would I be coming into the dealershp? He said, because you were interested in a new CRV. I told this person that Koons lost the opportunity to win my business and that I purchased a vehicle from someone else. This is the second time that I have tried to purchase a vehicle from Koons Honda and I should have learned after the first time that this is not where I should be buying a car from. There are lots of dealerships that are willing to provide customer service and are truly interested in earning new business. Koons unfortunately is not one of those dealerships. More

Normally Bob Minor, who also does a great job, is my service advisor, but my schedule was crazy that week and didn't match his. I came shortly before the appointment, and my car was taken promptly to the shop. It took only 30 minutes to finish the job, that is less than the time I estimated. The charge for installation was reasonable. And I was called promptly after the job was done to take the car. Thank you Ralph, and the people at the parts/service departments. More
I HATE THIS PLACE! They insist that it's the first time that this event has happened, so why don't they try to fix it for the better, instead of making it worse? Sure, the faces of the staff are friendly, but their service is horrible. I bought my first car with them in the beginning of July, 2012. Guess what? Right off the bat, not even before the car was out of the dealership, it had problems. Not minor problems, major ones, like the A/C for example. First, the A/C did not blow cold air, they explained it to me stating "it's because this car has been parked under the sun for a long time." What bull. So I take it back to them the next day, as it is STILL blowing hot air, and keep in mind that this is in the middle of July, so it's super hot outside. They tell me they can't find the problem, and they will temporarily give me a fix by putting more freons inside the car, and if the problem ensues, I come back. Sure, why not. Problem ensues, I come back. They still can't find the problem, replaced the tube, and ordered something, telling me to come back if the problem ensues. Ok, problem so far is gone. However, a new car shouldn't be having major issues (actually, not any issues!) on the first day (and before even leaving the dealership). Anyways, so far so good, I notice 2 weeks later that my splash guard (or whatever it's called) has a loose screw, and I cannot screw it up because every time I touch it a certain way, it loosens up again. I take it to them, simple problem solved. Oh, I forgot to mention so far that every time I enter the service center to get my car repaired, when I come out with the car again, there are SMUDGES, FOOTPRINTS, SCRATCHES everywhere. I didn't say anything because I could erase the most and the scratches were minor. However, I think around my third trip to the service center, my USB cord for my iPhone was smashed and covered with oil for some odd reason. They gave me a crappy 99 cent replacement one that didn't play music, only charges the phone. I let that go as well. NOW, coming back again to the dealership less than 2 months later, because I couldn't take the glitches in my IMID system anymore. I find out that it's actually a faulty IMID system, and again, they are ordering the system for me and I'm supposed to come back next Monday. However, this time, when I took the car out, and was in the middle of cleaning their footprints, I notice something. A GIANT SCRATCH plus another semi-giant scratch, with more scratches on the side, on my PAINT. What? This just makes me irritated, so I contact their online staff. They were pretty nice and understanding, and not soon after I receive a call from the dealer. They give me a bunch of crap saying they're just going to buff it or something, not really saying they're willing to fix it like new... I'm not sure why they're still in business. I honestly don't. Final Conclusion: THIS HONDA DEALERSHIP IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP IN THE HISTORY OF DEALERSHIPS!!! Honestly, a brand new car loaded with problems? You can find it only at this dealership! A service center that gives you more problems? You can find it only at this dealership! Go ahead, give it a try, you'll hate your brand new car in no time. I'll see if I need to rant more after going back tomorrow for the scratch "repair". Oh, one last thing, their manager couldn't give a crap about anything. I didn't even get to talk to the manager during this whole thing. Not once. More
