Arkeem was great! All 5's across the board for him. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. My only complaint is that I had to bring the car in to get the pinstripe and door/fender guards a is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. My only complaint is that I had to bring the car in to get the pinstripe and door/fender guards added. I made special arrangements to be there when the person that does it was there. He didn't have the right trim color and put on the wrong pinstripe color. Now I know to make sure everything is in place before I come the next time. I just wish someone from Honda could have made sure the supplies where on-hand before giving me the go-ahead to com in. More

I love Koons Honda! But this visit was not up to the usual standards. The car wash was broken & left with a dirty car. Also, The mechanic who did my lube forgot to reset my oil life indicator button, s usual standards. The car wash was broken & left with a dirty car. Great service, fit me in at late pm for oil change with rotating tires. Then recently had rejection sticker for inspection and they unlocked tire wheels, gave me new tire unlocking key all with no fee. T rotating tires.
