I bought a new 2011 Honda Civic. Michael, the salesman, was good and very professional. Ronnie, the finance officer, sold me the car at 10% APR but couldn't get me financed. So I called Ronnie to set up a time to return the car. But luckily he was out and Frank, another finance officer, returned the call. When I told him about my situation, he immediately got me financed at much lower rate! I dont know how the financing process rally works but I think Ronnie was not totally honest with me (or maybe he was). I was very satisfied with the service provided by the dealership. The experience with Ronnie is the only reason I did not give them excellent review. More

On a rainy day,I needed a repair done on my inoperatible windshield wipers ASAP. First, I tried the dealer where I purchased my car, but would not be able to get an appointment for 2 days.
