I have never had a bad experience at Koons Honda. The first day I drove off the lot the van AC malfunctioned. While is was being serviced I was given a rental. I went in for a oil change, brake check, recall for ignition, troubleshoot buzzer for light being on. Troubleshoot seat warmer.
