I contacted Koons through the online site for my interest in a used Honda, they're very quick to respond back contacting me through email, setting up a time for me to test drive. They selected a sales person for me to deal with, I asked if I could work with someone else due to the fact that I knew someone that worked there and have known him since he was a child and I felt very comfortable with him. That wasnt a problem at all and I'm glad they did! Delroy Clarke answered questions for me and even went to McDonald's to get me lunch while I waited for them to clean the vehicle. Victor Ferrari was very helpful with explaining a lot of things during the application process and explaining how to better somethings for my future.
