Stay away because of dishonest service advisors you can't trust. I recently moved to VA and I went in for battery change and Virginia state inspection. You won't hear a straight answer from service person. First they will say they will honor their own coupon and the very next they said they can't do it. They failed my break check for VA state inspection so I went to another dealer in MD where I used to go. They said my brakes were fine and still have time left. The service advisor doesn't even know what they have written in recommendation once you pay them and are out of dealership. I have had similar experience with another service advisor about 4 years back at same dealer ship. In short you can't trust this dealership. I have owned cars for 30 years now and I don't know if I have ever known a more dishonest service department. If you go to this dealership be prepared for surprised and deal with personnel who change answers every minute. More

They replaced parts without approval on my 78 year old father's 2021 Honda Accord, broken the cabin filter door and said nothing. They have scratched my 2022 Pilot twice. They ask for payment over the phone before picking up the car and seeing if they even did the work. The different departments have no idea what the others are doing. It's sad to see a local business go so far down hill and put dollars before customers. More

Absolutely amazing vehicle and completely satisfied with the car to this very day. But the sales staff lied to me endlessly about getting me the spare key for the car. Contacted the dealership multiple times ove a one year period and just kept getting endless lies or no calls back. Eventually finally had a sales manager rudely tell me they weren't going to give me the key they promised to get at the original sale. Listen if they will lie and draw something so small out for this long on someone who was buying the best they have they will lie about everything up to including big ticket items. Definitely a problem with integra and honesty within the sales division of this dealership. Go some where else and don't get ripped of. More
I purchased a used vehicle in March 2022, the vehicle didn't come with a spare key. The sales lady Falom said they would have one made ( part of the sale agreement) As of today July 23. 2022 I still have didn't come with a spare key. It seems they tell you what you wanna hear to get the purchase and then leave you hanging. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone seeking a new or used car! More

He really listened to my situation and went above and beyond to meet my needs, as did the finance manager, Quay Payton. Both young men are wonderful representatives for Joyce Koons Honda. I wish I could say the same for the sales manager, Peter Stohlman. He was rude and condescending, and is clearly in the wrong line of business. This was the 8th vehicle I’ve ever purchased and I can say without equivocation that he was the worst. Despite that, CJ’s and Quay’s service was out of the park, which is why I’m giving the highest rating. More
