This most recent time I worked with CJ, and purchased a FIT. CJ and I spoke on the phone first, to ensure they had what I wanted on the lot, and then he met me in person for a test drive. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and personable. He is an excellent sales person, and at no time did I feel any overt pressure to close a deal. We did things in a friendly manner, and everything went smoothly. The financing package was excellent, and explained clearly by the finance department. They respected my budget, and worked to make sure payments were affordable to me. The only hiccup came at the end. There was a mishap in the final cleaning and buffing, which resulted in the paint on the bumper warping and twisting in one spot, maybe as large as a paperclip. Both CJ and the manager apologized, and I was given a new Accord as a loaner - free of charge - while my car's paint was being fixed. The staff was more upset than I was - accidents happen, and it's all good. They took care of me and my new car without any inconvenience to me. I have told people for years that if they want good service when buying a car, new or used, to go to Joyce Koons Honda. This was my first new-car purchase (the last two were used), and each experience was respectful of me and my time/money constraints. I will continue using this dealership for as long as I live in the area. More

Fantastic service from all parties, more importantly FAIR Darius was actually the first salesman I spoke to concerning the purchase of my new Type R. I was able to secure several quotes at a fair price and Darius and Tim were willing to work with me from their end. All said and done the process was easy, and JoyceKoons delivered a fair price for a great car.
