Purchased a used vehicle there recently, the transaction went fine .. I was told and shown an invoice for work done on the car before i purchased it. Included was a brake job, new pads and rotors. About 3 days after i took possesion I noticed the brakes were squeaking, I thought that was unusual so I contacted them through Email. I finally got a response, which was " the work wasn't covered under warranty " really ? Your guys just put them on ! I asked if I had to learn to live with it, response was yes ! Junction did a great job helping to speed the process of ordering/building/delivering. Even before I picked it up, they took it to a third-party store that installed a tonneau cover, so that when I picked up the vehicle, it was ready to go. I sold my Kia Telluride to Junction at pickup. They give me a very fair price. The process was also very smooth. This would be the second vehicle I have sold to Junction. Overall, after 3 different transactions with Junction, I would be very happy to work with them again and recommend friends and family to do the same. More

I drove 2 and a half hours to look at 3 different trucks on the lot.
