The people are Junction Buick GMC are the most unethical and dishonest group of people I have ever done business with, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they are representative of the whole family of dealershi and dishonest group of people I have ever done business with, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they are representative of the whole family of dealerships. Kyle the finance manager kept playing games trying to get us to finance our vehicle with interest so they could make more money. Even though my fiancé’s credit score was in the 700’s, they continued to play games stating that she didn’t qualify for the 84/mo 0% through GM Financial. I had to co-sign since my score was higher, but I was reluctant to have my credit pulled a bunch of times. Kyle ASSURED me that the dealership would not be pulling it themselves and that only GM financial would be pulling it. I have a witness to this conversation and documentation regarding our credit scores if anyone is skeptical. Everything worked out at the time and we got the vehicle. A few weeks later, lo and behold, I have hard inquiries from both Junction and GM financial. This xxxxxxx still tried to shop credit scores for financing and lied straight to my face. I contacted my salesman about this and he said his manager would “investigate” and get back to me. His manager called me the next morning, without doing any sort of investigation and even proclaimed he hadn’t even bothered to speak with the finance manager before calling me. All he did was try to blow smoke up my xxx. I can’t believe that General Motors allows such a dishonest and unethical group of people to represent their brands. Stay far away from this business, as they will purposefully try to destroy your credit in an attempt to make an extra penny. More

Over a period of weeks following our first visit, John kept in touch and reached out whenever he had something come in that he thought we would be interested in. John carefully listened to our needs and really did a great job overall with follow-up - who does that anymore? We also ended up trading in a car and were treated very fairly on that aspect of the transaction too. He was straight up with me - making sure I knew it was a manual transmission before I even left the house to check it out. All the fine folks at Junction Auto were a pleasure to deal with, from John up to and including the finance folks! I couldn't recommend Junction any higher for their no-nonsense and straight-forward dealing. The truck has performed all I have asked of it! The main reason for such a big truck was to tow a fifth wheel camping trailer. It towed all 13,000 pounds without blinking. It is working fantastic. The best part of the whole deal was that their service department had gone over the truck, long before we got there, and had checked and/or fixed everything that was needed. So it was super easy, as was the rest of the process - and it didn't take an entire day to walk out the door with the truck. More
