My 2011 Ram 3500 Dually Purchase I purchased my 2011 Ram 3500 Dually in Dec. 2014. Unfortunatly, this unit was sold to me not as advertised, but that is my fault. The sales manager, P I purchased my 2011 Ram 3500 Dually in Dec. 2014. Unfortunatly, this unit was sold to me not as advertised, but that is my fault. The sales manager, Paul Sabitsch, tried to low ball me on my trade, stating it had a bad transmission.( Just doing his job I guess). After another "test" ride, that was proved false. we did reach a mutual trade in value. My salesman was John Bralek, who was very knowledgeable about the unit, made the purchasing experience quite comfortable. He responded very quickly to all my e-mails after the sale. Kaitlyn Misich in finance was another pleasurable experience. She was very professional and thorough in explain all documents involved in the transaction. I am a little disappointed in the Service Department. It took a short conference to resolve all issues. All in all, not a bad dealership compared to others I have dealt with. I gave them four stars. BAD ATTITUDE ALERT I was accused of playing on the net when all I did was shopping around. Please note: I did NOT have an appointment but merely inquired online. The company website provides no way of contact other than an instant chat or a ph# but no way to send an email. All posts on their Facebook page are subject to approval; my guess is that a negative feedback is not approved. What a way to do business. Just saying More
