"No muss, no fuss, no pressure" I bought my first Jeep from Junction Auto over 30 years ago, and I recently purchased a 2015 Cherokee Laredo from them. The salesman was John Braylek I bought my first Jeep from Junction Auto over 30 years ago, and I recently purchased a 2015 Cherokee Laredo from them. The salesman was John Braylek whom I have known for many years, and he has sold me many Jeeps over the years. Junction is an outstanding car dealer (Jeeps and 2 other brands) and they show a super large inventory. Late last fall I called John Braylek and told him I was "interested in replacing my 2010 Jeep with a new one, I set up a same day appointment, I put my checkbook in my pocket, went to Junction Auto, met with John Braylek, and drove home with a new Jeep equipped just as I wanted it. No muss, no fuss, no pressure tactics, a pleasurable experience - as usual. I would give both Junction Auto and John Braylek the highest marks for customer satisfaction. I informed him on the vehicle that I was looking at as well as telling him that I have a wife who has special needs due to her having MS. Upon arrival John had both vehicles pulled to the front of the building. He came out when he noticed us arriving and helped my wife in the building by providing her a helping hand and a umbrella because the day became a cold and rainy day. He continued to cater to her as he took us to the cars and back to the building to progress in our purchase.
