I have bought and have been using Junctions service department for 5+ years and I must say up until 2020 I never had a bad experience. The last 2 years I have had a lug nut fall off while driving. The last tire rotation the technician hand tightens all 5 lug nuts on the driver side front wheel which I had to pull over and tighten myself. I asked for license plate LED replacement bulbs and was told for both the cost was close to 500$ when in turn they were looking at the Head light replacements (I would guess) I asked to have the washer nozzle replaced and found that the Technician broke the existing nozzle while replacing the defective nozzle. also, the washer fluid bottle was dry and not sure how the replacement and functionality worked after?? They state that the service department will do an inspection of the vehicles when dropped off, all tires were under preasure, not sure if they checked any other fluids besides completing my oil change. I believe that mistakes can happen but this is strike 3 and will find sales and service from another dealer. More

First oil change and ceramic touch up appointment. Ashley Richardson checked me in. Super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. At checkout, I was informed that my first oil change was free of charge and the ceramic coating was included in my option warranty. I was also escorted to my vehicle by Ashley when I left!
