"Great Service & Sales! "

I started out working with the service department because I was having some issues with my 2012 Edge. The service department and technicians were great! They diagnosed the issue right away and worked with me on getting the problems fixed They were very accommodating and did a great job at keeping me informed- everyone in the service department was also very friendly and they were great to work with. After having the work done I decided now was the best time to trade my vehicle so the service department referred me to Tom, one of the Sales Consultants. Tom was awesome! He is very quick to respond and listened to what I wanted. I had to go into the dealership on a day he was out of the office and the Sales Manager and other consultants took care of me and knew exactly what was going on. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know. They are very friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and can get the job done!!

My salesman Mr. Perez and all the staff were very courteous to my family and I. We are a military family, and the entire dealership was aware and thanked me personally for my service. Mr. Perez was honest and loyal throughout the car buying process. He kept his word and assured me and my family that we would receive the best service and price Junge had to offer. I recently had one of my vehicles serviced there, and the service department took great care of my vehicle and provided transportation to me while it was being repaired. Thanks again to Mr. Perez and the staff at Junge for such a great car buying experience. I will definitely recommend to others.

I recommend this shop to anyone. Bought at Truck and a Jeep from these folks. They got me in and out. Have stuff to do, they knew that and were good to work with on time lines. I will keep buying trucks from them till they prove me wrong, I don't think they will.

"Service Dapartement"

My engine light came on in vehicle, so I decided to take it to Junge to get diagnosed. They stated they could not get to it that day, but if I could drop it off they would get to it. 3 days later, I receive a call from the Service Department with the issue, along with requesting my permission to continue the work. I declined their services and requested, to leave my vehicle as is. 3 weeks later, I get a phone call from the Service Department, stating I have a $133 bill that's over due and needs to be paid today. I informed the gal, that I was totally unaware of any charges as that wasn't brought to my attention when I dropped off the vehicle. I clearly stated, if I would have been aware of the diagnostic fees, I would have waived their services and would have went to Auto Zone for a FREE diagnostic test. She started to get a little irate and push real hard to get the $133 collected. I simply stated, I wasn't paying, because the diagnostic fee was never discussed before hand. She continued to yell and scream at me, until she eventually hung up. Now that's good ole' customer service. I very rarely deal with dealerships service departments, if this is a common charge, I'm fine with it, but shouldn't they disclose the fee before they do the work? Bottom line is, Junge Service Department didn't inform me of any fees, before they did the test and now their scrambling to collect.

Real nice experience. Didn't push and really probed what I was looking for. Didn' t try to force me into anything outside of needs and price range. Been back twice for service with other vehicles. Good dealership with good people.
