I’m sharing this because it’s a serious safety concern. I leased a vehicle from this dealership last week, and shortly after bringing it home, I discovered that 3 of the 4 wheels were not properly tight I leased a vehicle from this dealership last week, and shortly after bringing it home, I discovered that 3 of the 4 wheels were not properly tightened. I’ve been driving this vehicle with my five kids, and realizing that put us at risk is honestly terrifying. This should never happen—basic safety checks are the bare minimum when handing over a vehicle. On top of that, the overall experience has been extremely frustrating. The car wasn’t ready when promised, I was given the wrong all-weather mats, and a requested item (tow hitch) wasn’t included. What’s been just as concerning is the lack of response. I’ve been trying since Friday to speak with someone in management (it’s now Wednesday), and no one has followed up. At one point, the General Manager even hung up on me. I’m posting this so others are aware. Please, if you do choose to work with this dealership, double-check your vehicle before leaving—especially anything related to safety. More
Dealership was good overall. The waiting area is nice and the staff is friendly/very accommodating for whatever you need whether buying a car or not. I bought a 2026 Kia Carnival from Abe and the experience overall was pretty good. The interest rates on some of the options, despite having an 817 credit score was insane. Nonetheless I did like this dealership overall and would recommend buying a Kia from here. More
