Harold (Service Rep.) was very pleasant, and assisted me with use of my coupons to have my vehicle serviced. I was promised a vehicle wash, that was not honored the day of service. Car towed to the dealer on a Thursday with a major issue... Check engine light in and flashing with reduced engine power. Could not have been more happy with the experience. Will certainly be returning to them as needed! I was very impressed Martina.
