Very friendly helpful staff. I had a test drive scheduled and ended up getting the vehicle. Thaddeus was the sales agent for helping me through the process with trade-in. This was the only dealership out of 4 that we visited that treated us as a human and didn't try to talk us out of the vehicle we knew we wanted. We walked in asked for a Telluride, and walked out with a that treated us as a human and didn't try to talk us out of the vehicle we knew we wanted. We walked in asked for a Telluride, and walked out with a 2020 Telluride. We didn't pay 20-26,000 over invoice as 2 of the other dealerships offered us either.
