Brake lights Do not take your car here for service period. These people tried to rip me off and all I needed were bulbs. Totally unacceptable. Awful Service Department I had my engine replaced and Brett the Service manager was wonderful to me, but I hear he has left. I understand why! I get calls saying I am due for my scheduled maintenance, but when you try to call bacck no one answers the phone in Service and if you leave a message you get no return call! The woman that answers to direct the call is rude and just transfers you to voicemail! I will be taking my car elsewhere for maintenance. More
Oil change I like the free oil changes but was unhappy with the service manager. He's telling me that he's not really a Kia guy. Tried to sell me a new Kia and a I like the free oil changes but was unhappy with the service manager. He's telling me that he's not really a Kia guy. Tried to sell me a new Kia and air filters that I just replaced last oil change. Also I had to expressly refuse a car wash because when you wash it it looks like crap.. You guys leave water marks all over the car and windows. More

They have always been taken care of under warranty but not without return trips and difficult nego Love our Sorento have had a few drive train issues. They have always been taken care of under warranty but not without return trips and difficult negotiations at other dealerships. KIA Canton found the issue ordered the parts fixed and returned the vehicle quickly and clean. Needing new tires soon and plan on having them installed by this great team. More

They didnt care. No sense of urgency at all. Taking your sweet time to fix a car would be fine if you provided a loaner car, but they dont. They held my car for 4 days No sense of urgency at all. Taking your sweet time to fix a car would be fine if you provided a loaner car, but they dont. They held my car for 4 days to change a sensor that takes 5 minutes to swap out. The serivce dept here needs to organise their time better and show a sense of urgency. If they used the last 30 min of everyday to pull trouble codes off all the cars they have waiting for repair and order parts then a lot of their wait time would get cut down. Instead they just let your car sit until they get to it. More
Never fixed a problem Did not fix an issue at last visit. I Brought it back in to try again along with an oil change. Now based on mileage it’s outside of the warranty. The previous two employees that worked on it are not there and did not keep notes on their end so I’m out of luck. Bought my car there and have brought in for all service/oil changes. I’ve even purchased the recommendations for service they’ve pitched. More
Service always gets wrong parts for repairs Every time u take the car in for repairs they always have for at least 3 days usually 4 to 5. Have had Kia’s since 1999 but will not be going back do to both dealers in the area do not have good service, and dealers are the only place that will repair them. More
