After 2 days of thinking over Ki Po`s responce, Wayne Wilhelm made no offer to reimburce me for any of my extra cost of going back to the dealership to fix any of my problems. He had no desire to fix or pay to have my last problem repaired,the tire presure monitors. Dan meyer is a bully and Wayne is protecting him. Wayne Wilhelem strikes me as anonther bully who wants me to shut up and go away. Bulling does not stop after high school. Therefor I am asking Dealerrater.com to have this go live as Wayne calls it. Mr. Comstock, After reaching out to you the first time with a phone call and starting a conversation for several minutes, you abruptly told me you had to run out and you would call me back. I waited a week with no call back then contacted you again by email, requesting you to please return my call. We had conversation and you were going to stop by and meet me at my office as you suggested. I told you in our last conversation my objective was to make you a happy customer. You indicated to me that you were going to remove the review and stop by so we could discuss this in person. After our last conversation I thought that was your intention. I have yet to meet you. I am truly sorry that you feel this way however, emails are not the way we prefer to handle customer concerns. My offer as President of the company to meet with you personally was to avoid misinterpretation and further misunderstanding which can happen when emails are the only source of communication. I was hopeful that when you told me you would meet with me, you would. Apparently you had no intention to do so based on your second email In which you stereotype me without ever meeting me. I want you to know that anytime you would like to discuss this in person as I thought we were going to, I will be happy to do so. However, I will not continue to respond by email to such slander and defamation of character on myself, my company or employees. It is not productive and will not resolve your concerns. I wish you all the best Mr. Comstock however, there is not much more I can do until we are able to meet, as you suggested. Sincerely, Wayne Wilhelm President
