I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this dealership has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we finalized the purchase, everything started to unravel. First, the original lo dealership has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we finalized the purchase, everything started to unravel. First, the original loan paperwork was completely messed up, causing delays and confusion. Then we found out the title work was never filed properly. After contacting the sales manager they sent the title paperwork —only for it to be the wrong one. This led to late fees at the BMV, which we covered ourselves. The worst part? Once we were out of the salesman’s hands, customer service became absolutely horrible. Being told that I needed to make my second payment to the dealership instead of the finance company, (because the paperwork was not completed correctly on Kahlos finance side) I explained that I wanted to reach out to finance company and ask some questions and verify some information. To be told that I don’t understand what is happening and what I need to do. All of the communication of the mess ups and errors on Kahlo‘s finance side was done through text messaging. After all of this is said and done, not a simple apology and acceptance of mistake from the finance guy, arrogant and rude. We've been dealing with this back-and-forth mess for over a month and a half now. This dealership clearly lacks professionalism and accountability. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from them to think twice. The stress and inconvenience simply aren’t worth it. I have leased multiple vehicles and never had issues like this. Biggest mistake I have made going to this dealership, lesson learned and will continue business elsewhere. More
