Their dealership and customer waiting area are really comfortable and very accommodating, but what really stands out is their service department. From booking an appointment online to leaving with a smile, it’s just great! You pull right into their huge indoor drop-off/pickup area, hop out and are greeted by one of many service agents who are friendly and cordial, they listen and assure you that all of your concerns and needs will be met. And they are, every single time! They’re very fair on prices, and sometimes don’t even charge me for little things that I just can’t do myself. I love going there to keep my vehicles in top shape, and you will too. More
Was on a trip to visit my mother from out of state. Had check engine light come on so I brought it right to the dealer. Within 20 minutes they told me that they were going to start with a PCM ($1600) p Had check engine light come on so I brought it right to the dealer. Within 20 minutes they told me that they were going to start with a PCM ($1600) part and I would have to wait 4 days for it to be ordered. Mind you I know as a prior service tech at CDJR that there is no freaking way they could determine that without doing the proper troubleshooting tree. I asked them (DAVE) if they could guarantee that would fix the issue. He said no. Long story short I took my truck and went to my mothers lifted the hood and removed the connector to the PCM and found corrosion on the connector. I cleaned it and runs like a top! I will never recommend this place. Out $250 for a half @$$ diagnostic. More
Jimmy Montgomery in the service dept stepped up and made me a very happy customer after a frustrating start. My transmission needed to be replaced under warranty. Jimmy put a rush on the part, worked all day, and even stayed an hour after closing, dripping sweat, to ensure my vehicle was completed for my cross-country move the next morning. He was kind and explained everything along the way…picked up where others dropped the ball…and didn’t even cast blame. He simply offered solutions and followed through. I wish we didn’t move away, cause I’d trust Jimmy every time. More
