The service department was very clean and professional in appearance. As part of the repair quote process, the dealership provides customers with a written explanation emphasizing that they “may not fully un appearance. As part of the repair quote process, the dealership provides customers with a written explanation emphasizing that they “may not fully understand their vehicle or its repair needs to the same extent as their technicians.” Unfortunately, after reviewing the inspection and estimate, several of the high-cost “repair” recommendations appeared to be routine maintenance services presented at exceptionally inflated dealership pricing. The invoice reflected premium-level fees and markups without a corresponding level of value. While I may not possess the same level of “expertise” as the technicians or service department staff, I did have the good sense to obtain a second opinion from another well-known local service provider. Upon reviewing the dealership’s quote, the technician literally laughed. Their shop performs the exact same brake fluid exchange/brake system flush service for $127, compared to the $374 quoted by the dealership. While not everyone may be as educated as a Kahlo service department employee, most people are fully capable of getting a second opinion. After this experience, I would strongly encourage doing so. Even something as simple as taking a photo of the quote and asking ChatGPT to evaluate it could potentially save customers hundreds of dollars. More

Overall I was happy with the wait time and work done to my car. Great dealership waiting area, allowed me to plug my computer and work for a few hours why they repaired my car. One thing I did not like was that there was grease from the workers hand on my door panel and on my arm rest leather. I told my service consultant and he immediately cleaned it and apologized. I think the techs should take better care of the customers car especially when this appointment costs me over $500.00. I take great care of my Dodge Scat Pack and the dealership needs to as well when it’s in their hands. Grease on armrest and door panel was not cool! More
