Terrible after sales customer service. I traded a 2001 Jeep Wrangler for a 2016 Jeep Wrangler. The 2001 had a hard top and a soft top. At the time of the trade i had the soft top on the I traded a 2001 Jeep Wrangler for a 2016 Jeep Wrangler. The 2001 had a hard top and a soft top. At the time of the trade i had the soft top on the Jeep. The dealership was supposed to come to my house and pick up the hard top that week or at the latest the next week. After three calls, with no return calls from the dealership and six weeks later I contacted the dealership about the issue online. Two days later the sales manager contacted me and set up a time for pick up. That day came, the pickup was scheduled for 230pm. At 600 pm i texted the sales manager and his response was the lot guy called in so they will not be coming today. Keep in mind i had been waiting for over three hours with no communication from the dealership. Absolutely no follow up or follow through from the dealership on getting the top out of my way OR for the person that bought the Jeep i traded in. That person has no idea about the hard top and will have to spend hundreds of dollars to get one when the Jeep came with one. Lack of follow up, lack of commitment to honor what was agreed to, lack of urgency and disregard for the two customers involved. I would not buy a vehicle here unless your expectations are low. More
