Worst experience ever! My van was not fixed correctly the first time it was in and was brought back less than week later with the same problem noted. My vehicle then sat in My van was not fixed correctly the first time it was in and was brought back less than week later with the same problem noted. My vehicle then sat in the shop not even having a tech look at it for 5 working days at which time I think it only was looked at then because I had to call the manager. We called multiple times before that and reached no one and left a voicemail that went unreturned. Once they finally looked at it they determined the issue was actually a TSB and should have been correctly fixed the first time according to the TSB. It was a terrible experience that I will not return to Kahlo! More
